Just a few minutes' drive away are the picturesque Walensee and the village of Amden with shopping facilities, a chair lift, an inviting café, restaurants, and an indoor pool. In the Amden-Arvenbüel district, you will also find a selection of restaurants. The ski school is about 1 kilometer from the house. From there, you can easily access the Arvenbüel ski area.

The comfortable warmth of the stove and the careful selection of furnishings contribute to a quickly home-like feeling. The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an open living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, as well as a light-flooded conservatory with a magnificent view. The tastefully decorated kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and shower toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (180x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower, shower toilet, and sink), the second with two single beds (90x200 cm), and the third with another single bed (90x190 cm) and a sleeping area in the raised gallery (160x200 cm).
