Welcome to Casa Joy, a beautiful Algarvian house in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. This recently renovated and fully equipped home, adorned with modern décor, offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Located within walking distance of the village center and the scenic riverside beaches, this home is the ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

With four spacious bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms, the house comfortably accommodates larger groups. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining table, a cozy sofa, and a TV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

The lower floor also boasts an open-plan kitchen and living area with modern appliances, a dining table, a sofa, and a TV. This floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. This layout provides ample space and privacy, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

Each bedroom and living area is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort, and internet is available throughout the house.

Step outside to the charming terrace, where you'll find a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals and soaking up the sun.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only)

• The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th to 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed ( double sofa-bed) for only €105 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
